Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $8.00
- FREE U.S. Shipping on orders of $150 or more
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Melanin Majesty Hair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us at melaninmajestyhair13@gmail.com.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
