Returns

At Melanin Majesty Hair, we are committed to providing premium-quality 100% Virgin Human Hair.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, or braiding hair that have been opened, worn, altered, installed, brushed, washed, colored, or otherwise tampered with.

Products must remain in their original packaging with all tags, ties, and seals intact to be considered for review.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the original packaging
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution if the issue is determined to be our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

You receive the wrong item.
Your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.
The product arrives damaged due to shipping.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Hair that has been opened
Wigs that have been tried on, worn, or customized
Hair that has been cut, colored, bleached, curled, straightened, or chemically treated
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
